professional association of residential 

real estate appraisers as a way to provide

our clients with fast and dependable service,

regardless of typical real estate cycles. 

 But due to recent major changes in the

lending industry, Rainier Appraisal has 

refocused its mission in order to 

provide superior quality appraisal reports

significantly above the standard.

We will often include more than 3 comparable sales, 

and analyze data for listing and pending sales.
