in order to provide superior quality appraisal reports

add data for listing and pending properties when appropriate.

Automatic Appraisal tracking and e-mail notifications will be made during the following steps of the appraisal process:

Confirmation of receipt of the appraisal order along with the name and contact information for the person assigned to appraise the property can be found by using your custom log-in on our website.

E-Mail: When an appointment is scheduled, an e-mail will be sent regarding the date and time.

E-Mail: The completed appraisal will be e-mailed to the loan officer and the processor. These can also be sent to the buyer’s agent, if requested.

In addition, appraisals are stored on our website for up to 1 year, so you can always log-in and re-download complete appraisals.
